Multiple bookings

• First delegate full price, second and subsequent delegates 15% discount.
• Payment must be received at least five days before the event.

Cancellation

• Cancellation 7 days prior to the event will be fully refundable.
• If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate will be accepted at no extra charge.
